I know, 2 posts in one day, only hours apart? Lucky you!

Well, after all that partying, dancing, relaxing and overall merriment, I need to recover. I got way too far off of my usual meals and I definitely feel it in my energy level. Here are my three steps to recovery tonight, and my promise of what I'll do tomorrow morning!

Step 1: Focus T25 Alpha Cardio, 25 minutes of hard work.
Step 2: Shower and get into comfy pants.
Step 3: Recovery Shakeology Smoothie. My favorite blend so far is:
  • 1 banana, frozen, sliced
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
Tomorrow morning I'm vowing to run 3 miles before work. And I'm counting on you all to make me do it!
