Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Even if you don't want to join in on the fun, this recipe is TOO GOOD not to share. It's Joe-Joe approved and that's always a win! (He put 1 on a lettuce wrap and 1 in a pita though! More man friendly than just all lettuce I guess)

Yeah, yeah, I know it's labeled "Lunch" but I still made it for dinner :)

So this is what I've been doing the past few days... putting together a nutritious, delicious and filling recipe guidebook that will help YOU get through the 10 Days and leave you feeling like you have even more energy and drive than you did before you signed up. And I'll probably spend the next few days making it as pretty as possible. Haha. I think I missed my calling in graphic design.
