I LOVE FOOD - Chopped Salad Recipe

I created the most amazing Chopped Salad ever!! It's so easy, delicious and healthy!! Give it a try for lunch tomorrow :)
 
Crisp Chopped Salad
 
Ingredients:
-3 cups Mixed Greens
-2 Tbsp Blue Cheese
-1/4 cup Candied Pecans
-1/8 cup Craisins
-1/2 cup  Broccoli
-1/2 cup Carrots
-3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinagrette
 
Directions:
-Put all ingredients in a bowl. Use CLEAN kitchen scissors to cut or "chop" everything.
-Enjoy! (Told you it was easy)

  1. I love chopped salads! I'll have to try this out. You can't go wrong with blue cheese either!:) I have been hooked on a salad similar to this one with cranberries, apples, walnuts and blue cheese (or feta) and balsamic. It's SO good. It's been my go-to lunch this week. Thanks for the recipe! :)
