How To: Avoid Boring Water

So since I've been sick over the past 2 weeks (seriously don't know why it won't go away!!!) I've been drinking just water. It's hard to get enough water when you just don't feel like drinking it, so I wanted to share my favorite ways to flavor! I always avoid flavor packets like Crystal Light or Propel, just because they have fake sugars that I don't enjoy the taste of.

But, besides adding lemon to water...what else is there? Here are a few ideas and some of my favorites! For all of these, let the fruit infuse overnight!
  • Berry Nice: 3 sliced strawberries, 10 fresh mint leaves (crush them so the flavor comes out) per pitcher
  • Tropical: 6 chunks of fresh pineapple per pitcher
  • All Citrus'd Out: 1/4 lemon, 1/4 lime, 1/2 orange per pitcher
  • Twisted Lemon: 1/2 lemon, 10 raspberries per pitcher
  • Flat Belly Mixer: 1 lemon, 1 cucumber, 1 orange per pitcher, 10 fresh mint leaves per pitcher
How do you mix it? Use a large pitcher, or if you're lazy like me...invest in the beauty!!
I found my pitcher at Bed, Bath and Beyond here. It works really well, fits perfect in my fridge and makes the water look so tempting :)
