Workout Schedule

Well hello there again, Monday. I really wasn't excited for you since it's 17 degrees out and all I want to do is snuggle in my bed. But I guess if you have to come, then I have to be productive.


Today I just wanted to share with you guys my Weekly Workout Schedule. From now until my Insanity Certification in January I plan to do at least 3 Insanity workouts per week. Then, I'll add
in other workouts based on what I want to do!


  • Monday: Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance & 21 Day Fix, Upper Fix
    • I just feel like my arms need an extra push today!!
  • Tuesday: Focus T25 Speed 2.0 & 21 Day Fix, 10-Minute Ab Fix
  • Wednesday: Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit 
  • Thursday: 21 Day Fix, Lower Fix
  • Friday: Spin Class at Cyc
    • We're leaving work early on Friday to get out of town for the night. I know I need a good cardio burn before we do (since I'll be enjoying some gambling, alcohol and wine)! I enjoy getting to the 6:15am class at Cyc Fitness in Madison then heading straight to work!
  • Saturday: PIYO: Define Upper Body
  • Sunday: Insanity Pure Cardio 
These are already all laid out on my calendar! Do you schedule your workouts? I like to treat them like a commitment that I'm NOT allowed to skip.
