Of course, losing your love handles isn't going to make you a better bride--or even a happier one--as anyone who knows one of those crazy "carb-free" brides can tell you. No, getting yourself in shape before your wedding can be summed up in one word: CONFIDENCE!

Being engaged is awesome! Joe and I are getting ready to start a new life journey together and commit ourselves forever. Sure, there's been some stress… mostly revolving around that darn guest list and money of course. I don't think I've ever talked to a bride who doesn't feel guilty about the money at some point. So how can you keep your sanity and get toned up from the "Yes I Will" to the "Yes, I Do."

Well, rather than using the time leading up to your big day to whittle yourself down to some mythical magical number, take this time to focus on being the HEALTHIEST you! I've kind of started looking at my wedding day in the same way that New Year's Day is a fresh start. Our wedding day is a fresh start for Joe and I to be the best person we can for the other person.
