Pinterest Challenge Day 4

Going steady and on to day 4!



Exercises Day 4: Triceps!

Move 1: Tricep Dips - Position your hands shoulder width apart and directly under your shoulders. Straighten your arms, keeping a little bend in your elbows to keep tension on your triceps and off of your shoulders. Slowly bend your elbows to lower your body toward the floor until your elbows are almost at a 90 degree angel. Once you reach the bottom,  return to the starting position. Repeat 15 times. 

Move 2: Tricep Ball Pushup - Get into a pushup position but walk your feet forward into a crouching position like the picture. Then, on your tip toes, lower your knees toward the ground and then push back up. Repeat 20 times!

Move 3 - Tricep Dips on the Chair - Same as dips on the ground (move 1). Repeat 10 times.

Repeat circuit 3 times to really burn those muscles!
